Executive Chef Michael Demagistris and Head Chef Ryan James invite you to explore the richness of the Bellarine and Mornington Peninsulas with "Coastal Harvest." This exclusive dinner is a tribute to the land and sea surrounding TARRA Queenscliff, featuring foraged ingredients and locally sourced produce. Michael's journey into foraging began at the renowned Noma in Copenhagen, and now, he brings that passion to the shores of Queenscliff.
The menu celebrates coastal and native ingredients, from kelp harvested mere feet from our shores and crushed into a flavourful broth to native saltbush elevating key dishes. Desserts feature the delicate tang of wood sorrel and wattle, blending traditional flavours with a modern touch. Complementing these foraged treasures are the finest meats and seafood from local farmers, butchers, and fishmongers.
